Update 2-28-19 We now have 150 families with over 200 students registered. TOMORROW March 1 is the deadline if you want to be included (or receive) the directory.
Update 1-16-19 We now have 115 families with 166 students registered! Keep spreading the word!
Update 12-27-18 We now have 87 families with 123 students registered! This is great but we need several more before we can consider this enough info to do a student directory. Please check with your neighbors and friends to make sure they register.
We are excited to roll out our new website! This will be our main communication for all PTO activities, fundraisers and volunteer opportunities. In order to get the most of our website, we will occasionally send emails to alert you of news and ask for help. Please register your family HERE !
Registration is FREE and all ACES parents are automatically considered part of our PTO.
This registration system will eventually turn into our student directory once we have most families signed up.
Spring Book Fair is coming up quickly! It will be March 4-8 and Mornings with Moms will be March 7 & 8. Students with the last name A-M and M/Th Kindergarten will be March 7 and N-Z and T/F Kindergarten will be March 8. More info coming home in backpacks soon!

Do you sing, dance, tell jokes, do magic tricks, practice martial arts, do gymnastics, play an instrument act? We would love to see it!
We are excited to announce that we will be hosting our annual talent show on January 25 at 7pm. Doors open at 6:30pm. Sign up HERE
Acts will be limited to 2 minutes and must be family friendly. Sign ups will be limited to the first 20 acts. There will be a mandatory rehearsal at 6:30pm on Thursday January 24 (you don’t need to stay the whole time and if you can’t be there right at 6:30pm, just let us know).
This is a very low-key, supportive atmosphere. There are no prizes, judges or pressure to be perfect. Come and have fun!

This year the PTO is planning a special holiday event for our teachers and staff, and we are looking for volunteers to help!
On Friday, December 21st we are planning a Holiday Cookie and Hot Cocoa Bar at the school to treat our faculty and staff, show our appreciation and spread holiday cheer.
To support this event, we are looking for 15 volunteers to provide cookies or a similar tasty treat (1 dozen/volunteer).

We will be hosting another Parents’ Night Out on December 14 from 6-9 PM. Cost is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional sibling. We will be watching Incredibles 2, making crafts and having snacks. For more information, see the flyer linked below. We are gearing up for our LAST DANCE A THON! This is our major PTO fundraiser for the year and funds many opportunities for our students throughout the year. Many have asked, where do our funds go?
