We are soooo excited for our fun run on August 28 and 29! Our team leaders have done a great job getting our kids pumped up for the event. This is our MAIN fundraiser for the year and what we count on to meet our $32,260 budget for the year! We truly appreciate your support for our kids!

Come bid on some amazing items. Here is a link to the specific packages and their contents LIST OF BASKETS. It is a silent auction so return frequently to the library to check on your favorite baskets. At 7pm, bidding will end. Winners will be texted between 7-7:15pm and will need to come back to the library to pay for their items by 7:30pm. Must be present to win or we will move to the next highest bid. All proceeds go directly back to ACES PTO to fund our events (field trips, assemblies, Enrichment Day, author visits, Parents’ Night Out, etc.)

School Supply Shopping Made Easy!
IF you want to order supplies, please see the document below or check out this website ACES 19-20 School Supply Order Website. Nope, you don’t have to order them but the convenience is hard to beat. They will be in your child’s classroom waiting for them at Open House (Tuesday August 13 from 4-6pm). Save yourself the shopping run around and the crowds. Orders must be placed by June 10, 2019.
Please join us Saturday April 20 from 9:30am-12:30pm to help with spring garden clean up. Bring work gloves, rakes and large, plastic garbage cans to move light debris. We need all the help we can get so even if it’s not the whole time, any little bit helps. Please sign up HERE so we know who to expect.

This year we are excited to announce the addition of student raffles and silent auction to our beloved art show.
During lunch April 29-May 3, students will be able to purchase raffles tickets for $.50 each or 3/$1.00. Every student will be given 1 FREE ticket! Winners will be drawn at school on Monday May 6. Need not be present to win! Students can use their raffle tickets for a chance to win the following baskets:

We have our April meeting coming up quickly on April 8 at 7pm in the ACES library. We have several items on the agenda including 19-20 officer and chair nominations. The nominating committee has put together a great slate for our officer team and have several committee chairs filled. Don’t worry, there is still plenty of opportunity to help! Drop your child/ren off at the school commons area for a PTO Movie Night! We will be showing Peter Rabbit! Pizza, popcorn/chips and drinks will be provided. We will also have a craft activity.
$15 for the first child, additional siblings $10
- Bring a blanket/pillow/stuffed animal so your child is comfortable
- Children are welcome to wear pajamas
- All Alum Creek students, preschool-Grade 5 are welcome (must be potty-trained)
- Parents will be required to sign children in/out with contact information.
