ACES Arrows PTO

This registration will be our main communication for all PTO activities, fundraisers and volunteer opportunities. We will occasionally send emails to alert you of news and ask for help.
Registration is FREE and all ACES parents are automatically considered part of our PTO.
This registration system will eventually turn into our student directory on November 1. This will be emailed to you as a PDF. You can register for our website and NOT participate in the directory if you choose.

We are excited to announce that we are able to bring back the snack cart during Tuesday lunches! However, we need volunteers to help make this happen! Please be sure you have completed the OLSD volunteer training before signing up. Here’s the link to sign up for through Winter Break HERE

𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁!! Our goal is to provide our awesome students with the best education and school experience possible and to make sure they have the necessary tools they need to learn and grow.

𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱: Log onto the MyApexEvent.com website using your student’s unique ACCESS CODE. Codes are coming home today!

𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Simply click the “Enter Pledge” button on your student’s donation page to make a $ pledge per Lap or any flat donation amount.

𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 & 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: Invite family and friends to donate online using the “Share Wizard” feature. Send a link via SMS text, email, and social media.

𝗕𝗲 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿: On September 8th, encourage your student to do their best at our Apex Fun Run event. It’s going to be a TON of FUN!

5:30-6:10 – Kindergarten (M/Th classes preferred)
6:00-7:30 – PK Classes
6:15-6:55 – Kindergarten (T/Fr classes preferred) and 1st Grade Classrooms
7:00-7:40 – 2nd Grade Classrooms

You’re Invited to our Open House to meet the Teachers and enjoy a snow cone on the PTO!

Staff Appreciation Week is May 2-May 6!!

Here is our daily theme if you wish to follow along:

Monday- You make us Bloom:
Bring your teacher or a staff member a flower. (fresh, fake, or hand drawn, be creative!)

Tuesday- Staff members are noteworthy:
Write your teacher or a staff member a note/color a picture to express how much you appreciate them and how they have impacted your life this year.

Wednesday- Supply them with Thanks:
Pick up any supplies your teacher or staff member is running low on for their classroom!

Thursday- My Teacher’s a Treat:
Treat your teacher or staff member to their favorite snack, candy, or beverage!

Friday- Brighten your teacher’s day:
Wear your teacher’s or staff member’s favorite color to school!
